Not investment advice

money-maker displays historical price performance and computed hypothetical figures (such as "what $10,000 invested would be worth today") for informational purposes only. Nothing on the site is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, and past performance does not indicate future results. Make your own decisions, or consult a licensed professional.

Market data accuracy

Price and fund-fee data is sourced from third-party providers (including Yahoo Finance) and may be delayed, incomplete, or occasionally incorrect. We do not guarantee its accuracy and are not liable for decisions made based on it.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts.
• Scrape or bulk-extract data beyond normal interactive use.
• Publish shared watchlists containing unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.

Subscriptions and billing (Ad-Free)

• Ad-Free is a paid subscription, billed monthly or annually via Stripe, that removes advertising from your account.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel any time from the billing portal, linked from your account — you retain access through the end of the paid period.
• Prices are shown before checkout; we may change them with notice for future billing periods.
• Refunds are handled case-by-case; contact [email protected].

Advertising

Free-tier accounts and public pages may display advertising served by Google AdSense. Ads are clearly distinguished from product content and are removed entirely with an active Ad-Free subscription.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, 42mate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including investment decisions made using information displayed on it.

Changes to these terms

We will update the date at the top of this page when these terms change materially.
